RIP Desktop PC

My desktop PC has died.

Around 2 years since its incarnation, my gaming beast has died. It won’t even POST.
Among the pieces are the following pieces of hardware:

  • AMD64 3200+ CPU
  • Creative ATI Radeon 9600 256MB
  • 2GB DDR400
  • 500GB HDDs

It’s a crime to think about what will happen to it now; but since I don’t have time for gaming any more, I feel as though it would be rather pointless to repair her.

Maybe when my time becomes a little less hectic (yeah, like that’s going to happen), I’ll repair her and start to use her again, but for the moment, she can get boxed up and stored; I wouldn’t mind the extra space really.

I suppose my monitor will be donated on a temporary basis until I have a use for it again at home.

*cry*
