Fraud Claim Update

It seems that, once again, Barclays do rock.

They claim that I should have the money that was stolen from me credited back into my account within the next 10 banking days.

However, one thing about Barclays annoys me. The fact that, when you call their main number, the person you speak to can barely speak english.

As far as I can tell, they are in an English call centre, but their grasp of English is worse than that of the majority of Indian call centres.

Then again, once you get past them, and wait on hold for 1-2 minutes, you are always passed on to someone who can speak a competent level of English, and your problem is dealt with swiftly.
