So, I’ve decided to try and increase the number of usable hours in the day.

The way I am doing it is simple… I’m sleeping less.

Starting the day at 5:30am; and finishing at between 1am and 2am is tough; but I’ll get used to it.

My intention is to reduce the amount of sleep my body wants dramatically, and without the aid of caffiene products or other stimulants.

Chances are, that if I were to use caffiene to keep myself awake, I would become dependent on it, and would make this exercise pointless.

To aid the process, I have decided to graph how much sleep I get per night. The graphs are here.

This should be fun, I’m told that the tiredness will last up to a month before you adjust.
